Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

These are some of the most commonly asked questions by our customers. We have the most unique collection of Balloon and Flower Bouquets and usually the customers just want to check if it is available, or by when can it be delivered. Some of you want to know what personalisation can be done on these. So we put together a list of the common questions you as us with our response. 

 

Q. Will you deliver today if i place the order now?

A. Yes, we are able to deliver on the same day as long as you place your order before 5 PM. Orders placed after 5 PM will be delivered the next day, at the earliest.

Q. How early in the morning can the order be delivered? 

A. Our offices open at around 9 AM and so we are able to deliver our first bouquets at around 10 AM in the morning. We continue deliveries until 8 PM (sometimes even 9 PM) but only for orders placed before 5 PM where you've requested for Same Day Delivery. Orders can get slightly delayed because of things that are not in our control, like traffic. 

Q. What kind of customisation is possible?

A. We can usually customise the order a little - like change the colour of the balloons, change the flowers, add lights etc on most of our products. Really big changes sometimes take away from the Balloon and Flower Arrangements. 

Q. What personalisation is possible?

A. The typical personalisation request we get is to add the recipients name to one of our existing arrangements eg: Happy Birthday Anuj, Congratulations Mayank, Happy Anniversary Didi and Jiju. We do all these personalisations. Only thing to keep in mind is - the text shouldn't be too long. We recommend a maximum of 20 characters including the Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary message. 

Please go ahead and place the order, we will reach out to you in case we are not able to fulfil your order.  

Q. Can you deliver this personalised (with the customer's custom text printed on the balloon) bouquet today? 

A. Please order at least one day prior to the date of delivery in order for us to be able to deliver the personalised item on time. In some cases we are able to deliver the same day as well , if you place the order before 1 PM. Please go ahead and place the order. If we are not able to deliver, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

Q. Do you deliver to my location? 

A. On the product page of the product you wish to order you can check the zip code of your delivery location to see if we deliver. In some cases, despite the zip code being serviceable, we are still not able to deliver for various reasons beyond our control. In any case, please go ahead and place the order. If we are not able to deliver, we will let you know as soon as possible. 

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all payment methods - including Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets.  We do not accept Cash On Delivery orders. 

Q. Can i order artificial flowers?

A. No, all flowers used are fresh flowers.

Q. How do the LED lights work?

A. LED lights are battery operated and don't need to be plugged in to the power supply.

  1. Delivered product may vary slightly from the image.
  2. This product is perishable, delivery will only be attempted once.
  3. The delivery cannot be directed to any other address.
  4. No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered.
  5. Transparent balloon size is about 10-12 inches.
  6. Font may vary on the printed text on balloon based on availability.

The gas in Helium Balloons stays only for 2-4 hours. After which it start to deflate. 

Please note that Gas Balloons are inflammable and can catch fire. Please keeo away from cigarette lighters, candles or any other thing that can cause them to catch fire.
