- If we are unable to deliver your order then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery. If an order is placed for location we do not cover - Refund will be initiated after deducting bank transaction charges.
- In case of any dispute the maximum amount claimed by the sender cannot exceed the value of the item ordered.
- The owner of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the destination city or town. In the event the item ordered cannot be delivered on the given date we reserve the right to deliver on next day.
- In case of incorrect delivery or damaged product please share the proof with us so we can take appropriate action
- Sometimes deliveries can get delayed because of unforseen circumstances, we will not be able to process refunds for late deliveries
- In case the recipient refuses to accept the order we will not issue a refund and we will not attempt a re-delivery more than once.
- For order cancellations done by the customer less than 24 hours prior to the delivery date a refund of 50% will be done. For cancellations 4 hours prior to delivery, cancellation charges will be 100% of the amount paid.
- No refunds will be made if the receiver refuses to receive their gift
- Refunds take at least 2 to 4 bank working days once we have processed the refund from our side.
